What can you earn in care?

We believe in pay transparency. Below are the typical hourly rates we pay our workers across Northamptonshire in 2026 — including all nursing fields (RGN, RMN, RNLD and community), healthcare assistants and support workers. Your exact rate depends on the role, your experience, and the shift — but we'll always confirm it in writing before you accept any work.

For registered nurses: rates reflect NMC registration, revalidation status and clinical experience. Nurses with specialist skills (e.g. PICU, IV therapy, complex needs) or extensive experience may attract rates at the higher end or above the ranges shown. All nurse rates are agreed in writing before placement and confirmed with a rate confirmation letter.

Actual rates vary by client, role and shift, and are always confirmed in writing before an assignment.
