Why we exist

Care staffing done the right way

The healthcare staffing industry has a trust problem. Too many agencies treat compliance as a paperwork exercise — checking boxes without ever really assessing whether the person in front of them is ready to care for vulnerable adults.

Giusto Care Recruitment was built to be different. Founded by a UK Registered Mental Health Nurse with a background in HR, our agency brings genuine clinical knowledge to every hiring decision. When we say a worker is vetted, we mean a nurse has met them, assessed their clinical competency, reviewed their references personally, and is confident they belong in a care setting.

The name "Giusto" means right or just in Italian — and that's the standard we hold ourselves to. The right person, for the right placement, with the right checks. Every time.

We supply healthcare assistants, support workers, mental health support workers and registered nurses across every field — RGN, RMN, RNLD and community — to care homes, NHS trusts, private hospitals, hospices and fellow agencies across Northamptonshire.
